1. Platform Usage

User login is mandatory for platform access. Subscription is required to access prompts on the platform.

Users can view images and descriptions without subscription, but prompt text access will not be available. Users can copy prompts after subscription, but misuse of images is strictly forbidden.

2. Payment Terms

Subscription payment is one-time only (no auto-renewal). Payment is charged in advance and immediate access is provided after successful payment.

Important: Subscription cancellation or refund is not available.

3. Intellectual Property

All prompts, images, and descriptions on the platform are copyrighted by the platform. Users do not have permission to misuse platform content.

• Cannot redistribute or resell prompt content
• Misuse or alteration of images is strictly prohibited
• Cannot claim ownership of platform content
• Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is not allowed

4. User Conduct & Misuse

Strict Policy: If a user misuses any image or uploads photos against someone's consent, their account will be permanently banned.

Users should avoid the following activities:

• Do not misuse the platform
• Do not engage in any illegal or unethical activities
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription requirements
• Do not share account credentials with others
• Unauthorized misuse of images is strictly prohibited

5. Liability

Important Notice: The platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss that occurs due to user error or misuse.

• No guarantee of service availability
• No guarantee of content effectiveness or accuracy
• Platform liability is limited to the subscription amount
• Platform is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages

6. Data Security and Storage

User data is securely stored on our internal VPS infrastructure. Passwords are stored in hashed format for security.

6.1 Third-Party Sharing

Limited essential sharing occurs only with necessary service providers:

• Payment processing (Razorpay and authorized gateways)
• Platform hosting and security services
• No marketing or commercial sharing

7. Digital Content Delivery

The platform provides only digital content. No physical products or shipping are involved. Content access is provided instantly after subscription payment.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Policy: Due to the instant nature of digital services, refunds or cancellations are not available after subscription.

8.1 Refund Exceptions

Payment Processing Errors: Refunds are available in the following cases:

• Failed payment transactions where amount is deducted but service is not activated
• Duplicate payment charges for the same subscription
• Incorrect charges due to technical errors

8.2 Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Notification of significant changes will be provided through the platform or email.
